The Processing Size Error Is Too Large
Problem Description:After machining is completed, it is found that the dimensions are out of tolerance, which is common in precision shafts or mating surfaces.
Possible causes:
- Tool compensation parameters are not entered correctly
- Thermal expansion of the machine or thermal drift of the spindle
- The fixture or chuck is not locked, causing vibration or deflection
Solution:
- Set tool automatic compensation and intermediate correction
- Use spindle temperature control system (such as oil cooling), timed shutdown and automatic zero correction
- The first piece of each batch is inspected by three-dimensional detection to confirm the reference size
