Problem Description:Moisture or gas contained in the molding sand cannot be discharged smoothly, resulting in the formation of pores, which affects the density and mechanical strength of the casting.

Solution:

• Reduce the moisture content of the molding sand and select sand with appropriate permeability.
• Design effective exhaust holes and exhaust ducts to improve exhaust efficiency.
• Control pouring temperature and speed to reduce the occurrence of air entrainment in the soup.
